What is CODE?
Performance nutrition built on organic raw honey. Energy, endurance and creatine, delivered in a sachet you tear open and eat. No powder, nothing to mix, no synthetics and no seed oils. Made in the USA.
Which one should I take?
Energy Honey if you want a lift before training or through the day. It comes in Vanilla, Matcha and Beetroot Ginger, and each sachet carries 150mg of natural caffeine.
Endurance Honey if you are going long. It is stim free, so there is no caffeine at all, and it is built around raw honey, beetroot, sea salt and potassium.
Creatine Honey if you want creatine without the powder. Each sachet has 5g of creatine monohydrate in 15g of raw honey.
How much caffeine is in it?
The Energy Honey range has 150mg per sachet, from green tea and guarana. That is roughly a strong coffee. Endurance Honey and Creatine Honey have no caffeine.
How many can I have in a day?
For Energy Honey, treat 150mg of caffeine the way you would treat a coffee and judge your own tolerance.
For Endurance Honey, two to three sachets across a long session is normal. Take one 15 to 30 minutes before you start, then another every 45 to 60 minutes.
For Creatine Honey, one sachet a day. Timing does not matter much with creatine, so pick a time you will not forget.
The sachet feels solid. Is that normal?
Yes. This is raw, unfiltered honey, so it is thick and it can crystallise a little in the cold. Knead the sachet between your fingers for a few seconds before you tear it and it will flow.
Is it really raw honey?
Yes. Raw, unfiltered and unheated. Heating honey past a certain point strips out the things that make it worth eating, so we do not do it.
What does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on US orders over $75. Below that, the cost is calculated at checkout based on your address.
Can I return it?
Unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, in their original sealed packaging with the seals intact. Email support@codenutra.com with your order number and we will send return instructions.
Because this is food, opened or partially used sachets cannot be returned. Full details are in our refund policy.
