Thank you for purchasing from Code Nutra Inc. (“Code Nutra,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We stand behind the quality of our products.

This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and refunds on purchases made through codenutra.com (the “Site”). By placing an order, you agree to this policy.


Return Eligibility

Due to the consumable nature of our products, strict return conditions apply to ensure product safety and integrity.

Eligible Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in original sealed packaging
  • All labels and tamper-evident seals must be intact
  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required

Non-Eligible Returns

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or partially used products
  • Items with broken or missing seals
  • Returns requested after 30 days
  • Products showing misuse, improper storage, or customer-caused damage
  • Purchases from unauthorized third-party sellers
  • Final sale or clearance items

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@codenutra.com
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for a Return Authorization (RA) before shipping

Returns sent without authorization will be refused and returned at your expense.

Once approved:

  • You will receive return instructions and an RA number
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Use a trackable shipping method (we are not responsible for lost/damaged returns)

Refund Processing

After receiving and inspecting your return:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection
  • Approved refunds are issued within 7–10 business days
  • Refunds are sent to the original payment method

Banks or card providers may take additional time to process refunds.

Important:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Refunds apply to product cost only

Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide:
    • Order number
    • Clear photos of the issue

We will, at our discretion:

  • Replace the product at no cost, or
  • Issue a full refund (including shipping)

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement by contacting:

After this window:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled if already processed or shipped
  • Standard return policy will apply

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you want a different product:

  1. Request a return for a refund
  2. Place a new order separately

Chargebacks & Disputes

Filing a dispute without contacting us may result in:

  • Account suspension
  • Restriction from future purchases

Limitation of Liability

Code Nutra reserves the right to:

  • Refuse returns that do not meet policy conditions
