Thank you for shopping with Code Nutra Inc. (“Code Nutra,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions that apply to the shipment of products purchased through our website at codenutra.com (the “Site”).


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST may not be processed until the following business day.

During promotional periods or product launches, processing times may extend by an additional 1–2 business days.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

We do not ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes
  • APO/FPO addresses
  • U.S. territories

Available Shipping Options

Standard Shipping (USPS / UPS Ground)
Delivery Time: 5–7 business days (after processing)

Expedited Shipping (UPS 2-Day)
Delivery Time: 2–3 business days (after processing)
Available at checkout for an additional fee.

Delivery times are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.
Code Nutra is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight
  • Delivery location

We may offer free standard shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed on the Site.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

Damaged Items

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damaged product and packaging

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Lost Packages

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package:

  • Check with neighbors or your local carrier first
  • If still missing, contact us within 7 days

Code Nutra is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Code Nutra is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address:

  • The customer will be responsible for additional reshipping charges
