COde ethos
CODE came from the belief that the body operates by rules, not hacks. Energy, focus, and recovery aren’t random outcomes — they’re the result of inputs interacting with a system.
The performance industry treats the body as something to override, relying on stimulation and excess to force short-term results. We take the opposite view. We see the body as both the program and the programmer, constantly adapting to what it’s given. Change the inputs, and the system rewrites itself.
That’s why less matters. Not as an aesthetic, but as a principle. Unnecessary inputs distort the system. Precision improves it.
CODE exists to identify what actually moves performance forward and remove everything else. Whole-food compounds, clear physiological purpose, nothing included without reason. The logic beneath performance — the code that governs it.
This is how we build.
