BACKED BY SCIENCE.

Real studies. Real claims.

Earnest et al. (2004) compared honey against maltodextrin as the carbohydrate source during a 64km cycling time trial. Honey matched maltodextrin for performance output, but produced a more stable blood glucose curve — fewer spikes, fewer crashes mid-effort. We deliver 20g of raw honey per sachet as the carbohydrate base.
