Subscription & Cancellation Policy

This Subscription & Cancellation Policy ("Policy") explains how subscriptions work at codenutra.com, operated by CODE NUTRA Inc. ("CODE," "we," "us"). By starting a subscription, you agree to this Policy together with our Terms of Service, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.
1. How subscriptions work
When you choose "Subscribe & Save" on a product, you enroll in a recurring order. We automatically prepare, charge, and ship your selected product at the frequency you choose (for example, every 30 days) until you cancel. Your first order is 30% off the one-time price, and every recurring order after that is 15% off.
2. Billing & automatic renewal
Your subscription automatically renews at the price, frequency, and on the dates shown at checkout and in your account. Each renewal is charged to your payment method on or around your scheduled order date. Prices are shown before you subscribe; applicable taxes and shipping are added at checkout. Before each renewal, we send a reminder email so you can review, skip, or make changes.
3. Payment authorization
By starting a subscription, you authorize CODE NUTRA Inc. to charge your designated payment method — and any other valid payment method associated with your account — on a recurring basis for the price, frequency, and dates shown at checkout, until you cancel in accordance with this Policy. If your primary payment method cannot be charged, you authorize us to attempt the charge on any backup or alternate payment method saved to your account. You may manage or remove saved payment methods, and opt out of backup payments, at any time in your account.
4. Minimum commitment (2 orders)
Subscriptions require a minimum of two (2) orders. This means your first order and one additional recurring order will be fulfilled and charged before your subscription can be cancelled. This minimum is disclosed at the point of purchase. During the minimum period you may still pause, skip, reschedule, or change the frequency of your subscription at any time (see Section 5). After your second order, you may cancel at any time.
5. Manage, pause, skip, or cancel
You are always in control of your subscription and can manage it online, at any time, without contacting us:
- Go to codenutra.com/tools/recurring/login, or log in to your account and open Subscriptions.
- From there you can skip an upcoming order, reschedule or change frequency, swap products, update payment or shipping details, pause, or cancel (once your 2-order minimum is met).
To avoid being charged for your next order, make changes or cancel before your next scheduled order date, which is always shown in your account. Cancelling stops future orders; it does not cancel an order that has already been processed or shipped.
6. Refunds
Refunds for subscription orders are handled under our Refund Policy. If you are charged for a renewal you intended to cancel or skip, email us at hello@codenutra.com and we will work with you in good faith.
7. Price and product changes
We may change subscription pricing or products from time to time. If a change affects your active subscription, we will notify you in advance by email, and the change will apply to your next renewal after the notice. You may cancel or adjust your subscription before the change takes effect.
8. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Material changes affecting active subscriptions will be communicated by email.
