Need to pause, skip, swap a flavor, update your card, or cancel? You can do all of it yourself in the customer portal — no email back-and-forth required.

How to sign in
- Click the link above.
- Enter the email address you used at checkout.
- We'll send a 6-digit code to that inbox. Enter the code — no password needed.
- You'll land on your subscription dashboard.
What you can do in the portal
- Pause your subscription for as long as you want
- Skip a single upcoming shipment
- Change your delivery frequency (every 30, 45, 60 days, etc.)
- Swap flavor — Matcha ↔ Vanilla ↔ Creatine ↔ whatever's new
- Update your shipping address
- Update your payment card
- Cancel any time after your 2nd shipment — no fee, no questions
Subscription terms
Subscribe & save discounts apply to your first order and every order after. To keep the discount fair for everyone, subscriptions require a minimum of 2 fulfilled orders before they can be cancelled.
You can pause, skip, swap flavor, or change frequency any time — even before your 2nd order. The 2-order minimum only applies to full cancellation. After your 2nd shipment ships, you can cancel any time with one click in the portal.
Having trouble?
"I'm not getting the sign-in code."
Check spam/promotions. Codes come from noreply@codenutra.com. If you used Apple Pay or Shop Pay at checkout, your order email might be different from the one you usually log in with — try variations.
"I don't remember which email I used."
Email us at support@codenutra.com with your order number, full name, or shipping ZIP and we'll find it for you.
"The 'Manage Subscription' link in my email isn't working."
Those magic links expire after a few days. Use the portal link above instead.
"I subscribed through the Shop app — where's my subscription?"
The Shop app doesn't show our subscriptions. Use codenutra.com/a/subscriptions instead.
